What are benefits?

How does it work?

• You call our helpdesk or write on the help chat. We will arrange a time for you to talk to the doctor. We always try to make an appointment as soon as possible.
• You can choose to communicate with the doctor by phone, online call or chat.
• The doctor will discuss everything with you. If you communicate with him online, you can send him documents related to your health condition (photos, video).
• This is followed by a solution to your situation. The doctor will advise you on how to solve your health problem or issue you with an e-prescription, which you can use to pick up your medication at your local pharmacy (if this is possible in your country). 
• You will hear from our coordinator within 2 hours of speaking to the doctor. He or she will make sure everything is OK and that you understand everything, or offer further support (for example, directing you to a pharmacy or health facility).
