Dobrý den, jsem mile překvapena že služba jako je vaše pojišťovna ERV vyšla vstříc a ztrátu kladně vyřídila. Děkuji moc zdraví Drápalová
Velmi rádi bychom s manželem doporučili ERV pojišťovnu. Před nedávnou dobou jsme v Tunisku řešili vážný zdravotní stav malého syna (20 měsíců) a dvě hospitalizace ve dvou různých nemocnicích ve dvou různých městech, dva převozy záchrankou a sanitkou, nesčetně komplikací při celém osmi denním procesu a zajištění druhého opatrovníka pro syna, prodloužení pobytu, ubytování v hotelu a zajištění nových letenek. ERV pracovníci podali excelentní výkon. I přes některé zdržení a někdy opakované hovory a připomínání se (např. při prodloužení ubytování v hotelu z důvodu kontrol v nemocnici, jsme to museli volat na asistenční službu 4x a ubytování se prodloužilo až po oficiálním check out), avšak i přes tyto drobné výhrady jsme zcela spokojení za jejich odvedenou práci, zajištění hospitalizace v nemocnici, kde pojišťovna neměla smlouvu, úhradu druhého opatrovníka, úhradu umělého mléka pro syna včetně probiotik k antibiotikám, všech taxi i zajištění a proplacení nových letenek, ubytování, všechny hovory na asistenční službu (jen hovory byly celkem za dvacet tisíc). Velmi chválíme i kvalitní české doktory pracující pro ERV, kteří adekvátně zhodnotili stav syna a zajistili další hospitalizaci. Velmi chceme tímto poděkovat za poskytnuté služby a proplacení všech nákladů a po této zkušenosti jsme se dohodli s manželem, že chceme do zahraničí využít už vždy pojištění od ERV.
Maximální spokojenost. Syn se mnou měl jet na koncert (lístky koupené téměř před rokem) ale po úraze v práci necelý týden před koncertem už nemohl. Poslal jsem elektronicky požadované papíry a do druhého dne mi přišla odpověď že pošlou celou částku 👍

- Medical expenses: Any medical treatment in the hospital (surgeries or hospitalisation), a detal care up to a separate limit. Please, see specific limits above for all treatments.
